At Supthara Thai Massage, we’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and relaxing space for everyone. Please take a moment to read the following terms, which help ensure the best experience for all.
Respect Matters
Our therapists are trained professionals who provide therapeutic treatments only. Any inappropriate behaviour, such as suggestive comments or unwanted contact, will result in the immediate end of your session and you will be asked to leave the premises. We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our team at all times.
Arrival Guidelines
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to prepare and relax. If it’s your first visit, you’ll be asked to fill out a brief consultation form.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
Cancellations & No Shows
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us a chance to offer the slot to someone else and helps our therapists manage their time.

Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice will result in loss of your deposit or full session fee if prepaid. Repeat no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Payment & Booking
​We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Online bookings may require a deposit. All payments are processed securely.
Adjustments & Refunds
Once your treatment begins, refunds are not available. If something doesn’t feel right, please speak with your therapist within the first 10 minutes, so we can adjust the treatment to suit your needs.
